Castle Partnership Academy Trust Schools include:
- Burton End Primary Academy (website)
- Place Farm Primary Academy (website)
- Castle Manor Academy (website)
Burton End converted to Academy status in November 2014 and takes pupils from 3 to 11 years of age.
Burton End first opened in 1968 as a Community Primary School. We also have a well-staffed and well-equipped 52 place Nursery.
We are proud of the facilities we provide for the children of our local community. The Academy grounds are extensive and include two separate playgrounds, a large sports field, a trim trail, a wild-life pond, a large climbing frame, a variety of seating areas as well as fruit trees and a nature area.
We are continually striving to improve the learning environment for our children and our focus in the current academic year is to further develop our outside learning areas so that all year groups can benefit from extending their knowledge and experience of the wonders of nature and outdoor physical activity.
